Charles Rulick has more than twenty years of experience in real estate development and master planning, and has managed the delivery of 7,000 residential units and over 2.5 million square feet of retail space, a combined asset value of $3 billion. Amanda and Toby McKeehan are longstanding residents of the historic Truett House in Franklin, Tennessee. Toby’s seven-time Grammy award-winning music career has funded their instincts in Nashville real estate since the first record sold in 1990. Since 2003, the three Truland partners have nurtured a working friendship focused on developing authentic places based on an informed vision that creates lasting value for all.

Prior Work

For nearly 20 years, we have been working together while also pursuing independent projects — always sharing a passion for inspired architectural design, real estate development, and lasting vibrant places. The team’s representative work includes multifamily and mixed-use projects as well as lake houses, private residences, 
luxury rental villas, and private offices.
